Terms of Service

Cumulina Discord bot · Last updated: 21 October 2026

1. Acceptance

By adding Cumulina (the “Bot”) to a Discord server, or by sending it a direct message, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot and remove it from your server.

2. What the Bot is

The Bot is a personal AI assistant that answers messages using a large language model. It is operated by a single individual for private and limited use, not by a company. It is provided free of charge and without any service-level commitment.

3. AI-generated output

Replies are generated automatically by a language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Nothing the Bot produces is professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise. Verify anything important independently before relying on it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Bot to:

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages and files you send. You grant the operator permission to process them solely in order to operate the Bot and reply to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to send whatever you send.

6. Availability and changes

The Bot may be modified, suspended, rate-limited, or discontinued at any time without notice. No warranty of uptime is given, and no compensation is offered for downtime.

7. Acceptable-use enforcement

Access may be revoked, and servers may be blocked, at any time and without prior notice if these Terms are broken or if use threatens the operator, the hosting provider, or other users.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for any loss of data, profit, or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the Bot. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Bot, which is zero.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your own country.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change, and continued use of the Bot after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
